Alessio "Legionarius" Sakara (Rome, September 2, 1981) is one of the most recognizable faces in Italian combat sports. Raised amidst discipline, self-sacrifice, and a curiosity for martial arts, he has built a twenty-year international career that has seen him compete at the highest levels in UFC, kickboxing, and bare-knuckle boxing.

In addition to his in-ring activities, Sakara has become a point of reference for the diffusion of fighting culture in Italy, thanks to editorial projects, media outreach, and mentorship towards new generations of Italian fighters.
