POWERLAB STAGE REGISTRATION

Duration: 45 min

A high-intensity workout combining strength exercises, functional movements, and cardio phases within dynamic and constantly varied circuits.

The session alternates between equipment-based work — using barbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands — and functional exercises designed to develop strength, endurance, and body control.

PowerLab is designed for those who want to improve their athletic performance through a complete, intense, and highly engaging training experience.
