Its central "air" hole absorbs even the most powerful blows without putting pressure on the instructor's joints. Inside the glove is an anatomical hemisphere that ensures a better grip for the instructor. This solid grip, along with the additional padding on the wrist, protected fingers, and large elastic band at the metacarpal, make it the perfect accessory to have in the gym.
