Esperienza molto deludente, sia per la qualità del prodotto che per il servizio clienti.

Ho acquistato un paio di guantoni da pugilato da 16 oz, pagandoli circa 115 €, come regalo di compleanno. Una volta arrivati, ho notato un’evidente macchia sulla superficie, inaccettabile per un prodotto di questo prezzo e destinato a essere regalato.

Ho quindi richiesto il reso, segnalando chiaramente che l’articolo era difettoso. Tuttavia, avrei dovuto sostenere quasi 30 € tra costi e trattenute e recarmi personalmente alle poste per effettuare la spedizione. Ho quindi rinunciato, ritenendo assurdo dover pagare e occuparmi personalmente della restituzione di un prodotto arrivato già danneggiato.

La cosa più deludente è che nessuno mi ha contattato per cercare una soluzione, nonostante avessi segnalato il difetto. Da un marchio come Leone mi sarei aspettato un controllo qualità e un’assistenza clienti decisamente migliori.

Dopo questa esperienza, ci penserò due volte prima di acquistare nuovamente da Leone.
