Giorgio Petrosyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia, and arrived in Italy as a teenager. He began training in Muay Thai and quickly established himself in the Italian and international circuits, thanks to his unique defensive style and surgical precision.
Considered one of the best kickboxers of all time, Petrosyan is the first athlete to win two consecutive K-1 MAX tournaments (2009, 2010), as well as capturing titles in the Glory, ONE Championship and Bellator Kickboxing circuits.
